In the unlikely event that your painting doesn't live up to expectations - a full refund* will be issued upon safe receipt of the painting.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

You have 30 days after receiving your painting to inform me of any problems.

If the painting is undamaged and in good order...
only the purchase price of the painting will be refunded - the cost of shipping (initial and return) will be at your expense.

So please make sure you are happy with the images provided before making payment.

If the painting** has been damaged in transit...
I will refund the full transaction amount - including the initial and return shipping.

**There are no refunds for damaged frames.

This does not affect your statutory rights.


CANCELLED ORDERS

Refunds are subject to a transaction fee (c. 2.5%) - which is taken from every website purchase by my e-commerce provider. 


FRAMES

I always provide a frame with every painting free of charge - so that you don't have to wait to hang your new painting.

My brother and I work hard to ensure that they are as good as they can possibly be - so they provide a beautiful clean surround to your new painting.

The frames also serve to:

a) enable prompt shipping - sometimes before the (central) impasto oil paint has fully set.

b) provide a barrier of protection for the canvas during transit.

As the frames are provided free of charge - no money can be refunded for frame damage or dissatisfaction.
